Maybe the dealers bidding on stuff is rather to maintain or establish certain price points instead of adding material to their inventory.

I have these two in my gallery.

A nice creative commission piece I wish it would be published :-)

There are a number of people I talk to regularly who are also currently experiencing issues and radio silence from Cadence, including cover purchases going missing and not sent, to receiving odd and completely random packages from them.
Wholly unprofessional to ghost people that have sent you thousands of dollars, even if delay issues are out of their hands.
Hearing that people receive random stuff makes me wonder if anyone may have received this piece that I was planning on buying but could not be located. In all honesty it may have sold at a convention, but maybe anyone has a lead on that particular piece.

Hi
here is a great cover from Web Warriors, it’s issue 11 and features Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man...Spider-Girl and among even more characters is also Spider-Ham. Art is by Paolo Rivera.

Wasn’t there a recent jam piece up for auction and ended to be over 20 k ?
The piece was cool but nothing compared to this one?

And it's up to $59k on the strength of the false claim to be Romita! How can this be reported to eBay, if the seller is unresponsive? I looked at the "report" options but couldn't find one for misrepresentation/false attribution of origin. Maybe eBay specifically doesn't want to know about that sort of thing so they can't be held liable. Caveat Emptor!
I don’t think anybody has bid on this, it is the starting bid the seller expects.

Hello,
just added Gene Colan’s re-interpretation of Detective Comics 27 Cover to my collection. I have always liked his Batman.

I don’t think that’s attempted at that point. Bought under market and found a buyer. Mission accomplished.
It is a flip though.

If I recall correctly, the complete issue 1 was sold in the last 10 years and the result was way below what was expected.

I would take it out of the frame and look for notes and such.
Also what paper quality is it.

can’t get an image up for some reason, but here is s great Captain America cover where Cap messes with the logo.

Apparently nothing, as it has been re-listed for sale.
And for anyone new to the comic OA section of eBay and collecting in general that happens to be reading this... if you are not already familiar with comic production processes, stay away from this until you are 150% more familiar. The bulk of this separation/overlay stuff on eBay is totally made at home garbage, preying in an audience that just doesn’t know. And the bulk of the real stuff is mere curiosity trinkets. Very little of the real production material has much if any worth.
There is the slimmest chance this is some kind of watercolor airbrush under painting with one of those black line transparencies under it. But who can tell, as there are no actual photos of the layers, and zip for worthwhile description. Both of which leaves me seeing the usual red flags.

I actually have one of those and was always wondering what I have ? Am you shed some light on this ? What is it ?

You may want to use the search function on this forum and look for coollines and you will find plenty of interesting stories.
By the way, if this example is all stat, it is is the best stat they have ever produced.
Even if it is, it should be very clearly disclosed and there is zero mentioning of it.
