  1. Good one. Now lets see if you can come up with something for the Gabby Hayes expression. "Guess what I'ma sittin' on?!?"
  2. Congratulations, Danny! A really bright and clean book. "Big Spring Issue!" and the label states 4-8/64...was the book quarterly or twice a year at this time?
  3. Bought a bunch of beautiful Dell Tarzans and some odds & ends from Patrick. Nice books, packed very well. Buy with confidence!
  4. Nice!! Classic cover and a steal to boot!
  5. If I don't answer your PMs right away, it's because I'm being swamped with offers for this beautiful gem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIw9waVI-m8
  6. Thanks, definitely slab-worthy. Will be interesting to see what the dust shadow does.
  7. My mistake - this is the book I got yesterday that has the Kirby Black Rider story:
  8. From WonderCon yesterday - first time I had ever actually seen a copy of this!
  9. Sewing up my Two-Gun Kid run with a couple of new Kirby covers. The #48 has a Kirby Black Rider story as well.
  10. My babies! My babies! At least they're all in good homes... From WonderCon yesterday:
  11. If those are six-shooters, The Masked Maverick better make his next one count!
  12. This may be one of those rare Kirby/Roz self-inked covers. The lack of background detail and the clothing folds are usually dead giveaways.
  13. This may be something to ask Shooter about on his blog...!
  14. Were they printed at the same time of the original runs with just a black plate change for the logos? Again, don't know the answer, just curious. And we aren't old!
  15. I was there (i.e. I'm old) and those suckers were reprints. They hit discount stores by the truckload nearly a year past the original printings. Why do you think they're not considered reprints? Just curious.
