I have a Question For the Masses... since a higher grade #1 is out of reach right now, and i want to complete a full run of ss walking deads, should i get kirkman to sign and possibly do a crude sketch on my 8.5? suggestions? j

i doubt it. methinks that he now realizes what a douchie he is and how he went too far this time. it's a "daddy didn't give me an attention" and he's acting out because of it. go back to the kiddie pool before you drown. j

thanks guys. i'm hoping that this leads to much bigger things in the future. i just want to get to the point of being a respected writer like kirkman (without the superhero credits though, i'm nothing but horror). and ish 64 looks kick ! kind of reminds me of a story i read that will have it's adaptation released later this year, the movies name rhymes with nah toad. j

speaking of books... Late 2009 Early 2010 will bring Zombology III an anthology from LOTLD Press . just so happens to have a story by Jay Franklin, who goes by the name Junkenstein99. The publisher has fooled the writer into believing he may have a career in writing by paying him to write the story. The Filthy Rotten is my debut print story, that takes the zombie mythos and mixes it up a bit. The story follows a survivor who thinks that salvation lies in Dover, Delaware. This is just one story within my zombie universe. I will be submitting a few other "traditional" zombie stories and a novel within the next few months hoping that a publisher will pick those up as well. So not asking anyone to buy the book, but if you like zombies, this is as good an anothology you will find. The first volume is available now, volume II will be released to coincide with "Horror Realm" (formerly the zombie expo in monroeville). Leaving my story for later this year. I will have contributor copies available close to the release date that I will probably sell for my cost. so if anyone would want one. i'll hook you up. just thought i'd post it here since, well, i'm a zomboid and this is probably the most fitting arena for it. j oh yeah, any artists who are looking for work, the publisher is always looking for good cover artists, and i may need to utilize someone for print plates in between chapters of my novel .

i am currently shopping around a study on the hot pockey theory, all indenpendent universities have declined stating that you have to be a real "scientist" with "credentials" and "sound scientific knowledge". so i took it to the federal government and they gave me $2.7 billion dollars for the study. j

i just call them like i see them. I don't think Mr. Mullet will make it much longer anyway. %That would kill the already non-existant morale that most of the group has since his "story" is the only thing keeping some of them going. so kirkman can kill him off any time now, really make the survivors question if it is worth being survivors. j

all the smart people i know eat hot pockets, he has not once said anything about trying to find any or what it was like in the old days being able to have a meal fit in your hand like hot pockets do. so he is not that intelligent to be any type of scientist. it is called the hot pocket theory j

Agreed, I love that about this series do you think that he built it up so much that it would be impossible to develop a cause for the virus that would be cool enough for the long time readers? especially after he revealed at the prison you come back once you die as long as your brain is intact? i never want to know, my imagination won't let me down with the theories behind it. j

Yes, the caffeine shows a little I can't believe I'm going to miss Baltimore.....but I have met Kirkman before, and he is a GREAT guy! I have a WD #61 SS'd at CGC right now is the delivery scheduled before or after the con?, you know hopkins is just down the street from the convention center, and you can rent one of those old people scooters for her to move around in (and she can plow the aisle of the fanboys for us). just sayin is all. j

If Kirkman brings them back.....they return only as the undead let me rephrase that, brings them back FROM the dead. he just brings them back dead. i need to focus more. i really can't wait until i get those moore headsketch books. should be here next week. i can't wait!!!!!!! baltimore is going to be great with kirkman there, i think i'm going to try to swindle him into doing a sketch himself on my wd #3. grading fees suck, i don't have enough to get all my books signed. oh yeah, i had some caffiene this afternoon, i'm going a mile a minute, does it show? anyone have a #61 ss? i was thinking about getting one or two signed. j

kirkman never fails. the nice thing about his writing is no one is safe, unlike the flagship titles of the other publishers that always bring back the dead. j
