Over the course of yesterday and today, I sold GIJOEISAWESOME $150+ in raw books via PM. He's paid for the books and agreed to a return policy with non refundable two way shipping charges in case of a return and no partial refunds(more detailed in PM but that's the concise version). This is our first transaction. Sale was agreed upon on 2/5th, before any of this discussion, and paid in full today via paypal. The timing of everything has put me in a weird spot. I would not have completed this deal if the PM negotiations had started a day later.

What, would you prefer that these scammers not be pointed out? For your information, I didn't "follow his every move" when I found this information, the information was sent to me by a fellow boardie. If you would prefer that I not point these types of scumbags out, then fine. Just don't come crying to the boards when you fall victim to one of these scammers that I've been pointing out. And that fellow boardie was me. I really don't get the stalking ascertain, that's ridiculous. That's what this thread is for, pointing out the scammers to watch out for.

Dr. Hustruck is going to have a hard time with his ethics courses. Even if his most recent offenses aren't going to land him on the PL it's only a matter of time before something he does on this board does. That is a certainty.

I just finished Doctor Sleep by Stephen King and now I'm reading, for the first time, IT. WOW, does this one draw the reader in. Thankfully, it's a very long book.

Here's what I cannot buy about HusTruck's auctions being anything other than knowingly shilled. Numerous auctions of his were listed at least twice (BB47, Howard the Duck1, Shazam1 and more). The most logical and blatant shill account, a "0" feedback ebayer who has bid on nearly all HusTrucks auctions for 3+ months and won many of those, bid the auctions up to a max value/price threshold. Those auctions were ended early and immediately relisted within $2 of top shill bid. Remember, the auctions were relisted almost immediately but he claims on this very forum that they are being relisted due to non-paying bidders. That can't be explained away due to ebay ignorance or vindictive ebay bidders, it just can't.

I know all that, but I REALLY want to read his defense.

Thanks for breaking this Joe. HusTruck has advertised on this very board every group of auctions he's being "accused" of shilling. He's shilling us; not cool. He's also claimed that the relists occurred due to nonpaying bidders. So he's cancelling them, near immediately relisting them and his reason behind this is non paying bidders. Makes no sense. This same level of shenanigans is apparent in his terribly misleading Walking Dead auctions from a few months ago too. Seems very cut and dry.

I know you're position is that you wanted the book, but when you realized he was flipping it for profit, you went completely crazy. I don't know how a PM response other than "your behavior was completely unacceptable and disgusting" would have been suitable and you have seem to have a history of this. See, that wasn't true. I did NOT know he was flipping it for profit. He responded to my WTB thread that he had a book coming back from CGC that he'd sell me cheap. He was going to give me a deal because he likes to help Boardies out and he'd barely break even. He offered it to me for $800. When I saw the scan, I realized it was a book he just bought off Best in Comics that day for $550. He admitted the only reason he bought it was to sell to me for profit - albeit under the guise of an altruistic motivation to help out a Boardie. Yeah, I was pissed. Anyone that knows me on here will tell you that I ALWAYS look out for others and don't try to make a profit - instead I with a link. But he told me it was to help me out when really he was helping out his wallet. I don't know how that is a positive contribution to a community. You should probably go in to every sales thread then and make sure nobody is selling their books for profit. The bolded part isn't true, I've read the conversation through screen caps.
