  1. Might start it tonight, was planning on watching Captain Marvel and Antman and the Wasp again for a refresher but this has got me contemplating changing my plans
  2. That first prison scene is immense, on a par with the stairwell DD fight scene.
  3. Couldn't finish the first season of this, the bard was way too annoying and I just found it immensely boring.
  4. Ooooh She Hulk just became a must watch...
  5. Love the look of the trailer, may actually got to the cinema to watch this one.
  6. Despite's Zombie's fact-laden rebuke it still looks... dire.
  7. Really wish I read this thread before I binged the whole thing yesterday. Nothing really more to add to what's already been said, most of the storyline's were stretched out way too long and the ending was blindingly obvious from very early on. It could have been a lot, lot better. No surprise it will never be coming back.
  8. Couldn't make my mind up on which Joker to go for, it was always that McFarlane Batman for me, it's such a fantastic piece. I'm so bloody picky when it comes to The Joker though, always been a big fan of Capullo's work and the link to McFarlane was just too tidy to overlook, plus I think that's the best Joker piece in the B&W series. Now if they'd done a Bolland Joker B&W like this it would have been a different story...
  9. Re-watched the Nolan Trilogy yet again recently with the girls after watching The Batman and finally cracked and bought these. Waited so long to get them but watching so much Batman just made me crack.
  10. I've never got round to watching any of this, worth binging?
  11. That was the biggest one for me, pure homage. And very well done.
  12. He was good in Justified as well to be fair. The Shield was a high bar though in all honesty.
  13. Watched it a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed it. It's pretty decent.
  14. Good point. I think there's a massive lesson to be learned here (may have been just common sense back in the day, I haven't been around for a while) being that sellers should just be completely up front about what's on offer. Is the book on consignment? Do they have it in hand? Are they selling for a third party? Etc, etc. Sellers spend a lot of time building up their reputation and as long as they're completely open and up front about everything there should never be a problem. Just to caveat that the pre-sale SS guys I used to deal with wear first rate and their reputation preceded them. Dealing with people like @EvilAsh and the like didn't even run a risk.
  15. Not being around the boards for a while I hadn't seen this thread before. Found it Sunday and I can confirm it was the best way I could think of ignoring everything I had to do whilst suffering from a raging hangover.
  16. Jennifer Holland. Oh my life.
  17. I'm glad I'm not the only one who had nightmares over the Childcatcher!
  18. Don't think I watched anything after Dogma. Might just keep it that way.
  19. Stopped watching this about halfway through, just couldn't stand it.
  20. It's actually inspired me to dust off all four of my guitars and start playing again for the first time in years
  21. YES! Because it's so bleeding good it needs to be here for easy access.
