I have been using that logic the past three years in not nabbing a 9.4 or two for my personal collection. The prices keep running up. This book is similar to AF #15 - you think it is going to stop rising but it continues. -

Aargh. I sold my the bulk (10) of my remaining copies of ASM #4 at the Calgary Expo in April for only $25. The cash was nice at the time since the book was cool, but I only have a couple of copies left that are headed to CGC for grading now. -

I hesitated on a 9.4 in January and decided to snag a GA Joker cover Tec and upgrade my Batman #181 instead since I figured Hulk #181 had topped out a bit once it hit the $5K mark.
