I don’t personally believe that there has been offers up to $220K on a TMNT #1 9.8. Or I should say, I don’t believe there has been valid or ethical offers on a TMNT #1 offers up to $220K. I can tell you I had a private offer from a well known Boardie (good guy, good reputation, buys some big #1 issue books over the years) for $150K two months ago. So for me my 9.8 is worth roughly that. ($100,000 less than what one is being offered for;)

Card market (PWWC & Probenstein) than the video game market (WATA, Heritage) that TMNT #1 sale is total BS imho. There is a lot going on behind the curtain

Seems to be current trend. Beginning of July Alt fund II,“alternative asset investment platform” who specialize with cards, were the buyers of the highest price ever paid for a sports/trading card in early July. . It was a 1/1 Steph Curry rookie card for $5.9mill. Beating the $5.2mill paid for a Lebron rookie in April. Yes! There is a fricken trend in Marvel trailers/movies playing remakesof 80/90s songs, making them insanely slow (trying to dark or moody or dark of edgey or something) with women as lead singer/singers and they just sound hella strung out Just saw B W last night and it reminded me, oh there they go again. Age of Ultron had one and the other trailers or movies that have are eluding me currently
