I'm good with a 6.0. Dust shadow and a wee bit of staining in that area on the back keeps it down for me.

No rust or staining certainly bumps this up to a 7.5 or better.

Lol, I see threads with the stickers on them from time to time and have had books delivered with them on it.

Anyone else do this or am I just a bit OCD ? I try to save the original price sticker and then transfer them to the new bag. No real reason other than nostalgia I guess. No idea when I bought this or where but I have the sticker!

Starting the long process of re-bagging large parts of my collection. The good part of this is running into issues that bring you back. OO copy that I bought probably just prior to my 11th birthday. Beat, but well read and well loved.

It's what you like so it's hard to answer that. For me, it would need to be something unique and likely out of my current collecting scope like PCH, pre-hero Marvels or something Timely.

Good with a 9.0. Minor concern about that bottom staple.

I'm curious about the staple poke through. I have a Conan #10 with the same issue. Aside form that, the top right color loss seems like a production issue. I'm on the fence of a 8.5/9.0 (lol new emojis)

I think there will always be a market for the VF or better books. Not everyone can afford 9.8. I'm perfectly happy with a 9.0 in my collection and have seen nice to significant returns on books that I have bought over the years. You can say the same for lower grade golden age up through early silver as well.

Can't argue with the 4.5

4.5 for me too, tough luck on the white out.

That tear kills it for me, I think it's a bit closer to a 5 but will settle at a 5.5.
