    This, exactly this. Something didn't smell right to me even before this. I had a DM all typed out with an offer on the ASM #10 and at the last minute, I deleted it and decided to wait to see the direction the thread took. While I do not doubt that the transaction would have been followed through on, I would rather spend that money on other sellers here that understand the rules and/or that I've done deals with hear in the past.

    There are checks and balances here that make this place a safe place to sell and buy. Understanding those rules before you sell will help you here in the long run. At the end of the day maybe this won't amount to anything but I can tell you that you have likely made "the list" of many here and lost at least a $400 sales from me and any other ones going forward.
