Not really insane but picked up a 3 long box lot back around 94 from bulletin board posting that friend saw at his office. $600 located a town away. Guy was moving in with his GF and the books had to go. Tried to talk him down some but he was firm on the price. Lots of early 90's dreck but at least 1/3 has good value. Some highlights were a Hulk 181 (recently graded at a 3.5), X-men 94 about a 5.5, ASM #300 NM easy. Fair amount of $30-60 books too. Great deal for probably a $1 a book.

Great beer and great brewery! Need to get out there soon. I wish they had opened this summer but food/bar rules prevented I think.

Grabbed a bunch of FFs from a couple sales threads in August/September. Getting closer to a bronze run!

Slowly inching towards a Bronze run. Knocked off a few here but doubled up on the 149 buying from two sales threads . Most are 9.2 -9.4 with one of the 149's an 8.5. Need 9 issues to have a run from 149-225 so trying to focus on that. My OO collection stopped at 224. I need most of the 225-261 on that side of Bronze.

Glad to see I'm not the only one here. I'm really close on a run of ASM 1- today including annuals, KS, GS etc.... Only need 2,3,6,9,10 and Annual #1 to complete. I also have full runs of all the other major Spider-man series (Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man,Web of Spider-Man,Spider-Man, Marvel Team-ups, and Ultimate titles) including all volumes and annuals etc... Full run of X-men/Uncanny X-men 94 - whatever number they left off on with the exception of volume 5. Full run of X-men (1991-2012 series) Some other runs I'm looking to complete Conan the Barbarian 1 -125 (need about 10 random issues in the 40 - 60 range) FF 40 - 225 with 150 - 225 mostly complete Incredible Hulk 102 - 250 Captain Marvel (Marvel V1) Would love to work on a Thor run too but have minimal < 200

Anyone know what this might be? I have in in a pile of books from free comic book day and it appears to a shorter version on Bohos #1? Add for Danger Girl #2 on the back so maybe 1998?
