  4. Excited to see new comics coming back out but nothing on my pull list this week
  5. My post in the ASM #129 thread reminded me of how I try and save the original price tags when I buy a comic. Picked this up in probably 1977 or 78 at my first comic convention in NYC. There is a Romita sig on the first page. Big purchase for me back then! Anyone else save the price tags or am I just
  6. I save as many of the original price tags as possible. That one certainly sticks in my mind.
  7. Here's mine. Picked this up way back in the day for probably $2.75 from Million Year Picnic in Cambridge MA. I think this was one of the first books I had graded as well.
  8. I always had it at 123 (January 1970) but yes that works too
  9. I would like more info on that really. Any conversations here about that topic?
  10. I was 11 when this came out and remember thinking JOH was such a great character. Such great stories (and nice copy!)
  11. My LCS does on-line live zoom sales on Monday nights and any time a TTA book comes up it is gone in seconds. Some really great reads!
  12. The only two real keys I need in this run are #142 & 168. I see a fair amount of 168 come up for sale but not too not as many on the 142. I think I missed one in recent sales thread here.
  13. I have about 10 or so of the TTA run, mostly low to mid-grade. I'll probably target this next.
  14. Honestly my favorite era of reading. Much of my OO collection is from this time and have been really enjoying filling in the blanks from the early 70's. Past couple of months (some non-bronze in the pic too)
  15. Seems to be no thread for this? Some great reads and a number of key first appearances. I've been working on a run for many years including my OO collection from about 190 -245. I was lucky enough to pick up a 181 as part of a small collection I bought back in 1993. Just had that graded and it came back as a 3.5. I missed some staining on the back cover but that one issue paid for the investment 3 times over. Anyways, recent additions in the past few weeks.
  16. I would think 150 personally as the 130-150 story lines are a great read.
  17. Progress made on my Bronze age run the past month or so. My OO collection ran from 170 up to about 225. Still a good amount of work to do.
  18. Just went 6 years without buying anything other than a handful of moderns monthly. This is March and April's haul. (Minus a few that have already been filed away.)
  19. I only need 2,3,6,9,10 and Annual #1 for a complete run through today. Hoping to knock out at least 2 & 3 this year. I also have full runs of a majority of all the other Spider-man titles. No AF #15 though I'm only a little obsessed.
  20. Recent raw pick-up. Still back and forth on the grade a bit but an upgrade from the 2.0 I have.
  21. Just picked up a bunch of books from Jason in his latest sales thread. They were all accurately graded and shipped super quick. Great prices too! My pleasure is off the charts
