I bought a book recently from HA that had the exact same damage to the back cover. It was done in transit (SCS) as the high resolution scan from HA did not show a crease. I believe your book was damaged in transit, and there is probably a small tear where the crease ends near the corner.

I've been buying up DC Keys as well. Recently picked up HG CGC slabs of Jimmy Olsen 134, New Teen Titans 2, and Aquaman 35 at good prices. Hopefully you are right and those books take off too.

The SC 22 4.5 that sold on HA had faded colors too. I'm a noob to GA pedigree books but stumbled into this thread. I know the owner of the Wonder Woman 9 CGC 7.5 First Giganta. This appears to be a camp book with a code. Can anyone confirm if it is indeed a camp book? What would be the value of this book compared to other non-pedigree WW9s at this grade? What other info could you share? Thanks.

Bought a book from HA in last week's auction. 20% Buyer Premium plus Sales Tax and shipping. They also charge you 2.5% if you would like to use a credit card. Book still hasn't shipped either.

I’m out for the big Marvel SA keys as well. I can’t afford any without selling big chunks of my collection I’ve worked years in acquiring. I’m happy where I’m at despite having to put some grail hopes aside. For now I’ll focus on buying DC keys and some lower tier Marvel books that haven’t exploded.

Doesn't seem rusty to me. Rust would look darker and no shine. No visible rust transfer to the paper either.

The colors on the CL 5.5 were not bright. That's what hurts most copies in the COW range. A nicer looking 5.5 could have done much better.

I don't think the set is worth paying full price at this point. Cara Dune isn't a popular enough character to invest in and the set was close to retirement anyway. There should be a ton of Cara Dune's out in the public. There are also plenty of minifigs that have only appeared in only one retired set and the value has stayed affordable. Director Krennic's Shuttle was a much cooler build and had a few exclusive minifigs that may never appear again and those minifigs can still be had at reasonable prices.
