Honored to be the FIRST comic book transaction for KUDOS THREAD for: BRANDON SHEPHERD who did an Amazing( pun intended) job delivering the Amazing Spider-Man # 71 from the Seller's Forum. Mr. Shephard was patiently awaiting for my return to the Boards and PMed me to inquire what happened since he shipped the item. I responded to Mr. Shepherd's PM telling him that I would do to the Office to check on his item, and lo and behold, he sent a very well-graded and accurate ASM 71. Hope you stick around, as we need more guys like you on this site, Your friend CAL :-)

This is the kind of 'partial" disclosure that has kept the War alive without the deserved clear-cut winner. There is one who is right, and another who is just plain-out wrong. Sky, can you further elaborate from YOUR post: 1) why was CAL trying to get Stu banned on eBay? 2) who do YOU think is right or wrong and WHY: either CAL or Stu and be honest? 3) Why was this post originated? Really. It was about me, Jack, not you, . From my point of view why I came here...how I got here. It was a long time ago and just what I remembered that made me cross over to this site. Now if you would like to post why YOU came to this site, that would be your story. I will gladly read it as something nostalgic. I started on eBay March 2000. Started learning about what eBay does, how it worked, etc. Buying the comics back in the day led me to the eBay Comics Chat. With the HUGE numbers of Anti-CGCers/anti-encapsulators there, it was a no-brainer that I would not last too long there. A member of the Comics Chat told me about this CGC site, and recommended Steve Borock to me. I came here in EARLY 2002, was member # 098. I essentially quit the eBay Comics Chat as I THOUGHT I had found a better, more suitable home to be directly involved with the business of comic books. How wrong I turned out to be; Stu followed me here and trolled me so much I quit not once, but TWICE. The 3rd time I came back, I decided to stay until CAL decides when it is over. That day is actually sooner than everyone here thinks. Stu won his War because the huge number of "converts" and Stu defenders obviously outnumbers any allies I have. Stu was quite successful in his cyberstalking of me the last 15 years. The same Anti-CGCers that occupied the eBay Comics Chat are now here, although most of them are smart enough to have toned down, at least on the Boards, about the "evils" of encapsulating, and the "beat-but-complete" comic collecting, and the "evils" of making money by flipping pulp papers. Even though I CORRECTLY predicted the demise of the now-defunct eBay Comics Chat, I was somehow blamed right SKY? for that demise. I had left that cesspool of a Board a few years before that closing of said Board, and left with my characteristic "tsk*tsk*tsk*" whenever I would see them gang up and flame another newbie or not give anyone a fair chance. That irked them so much so, that the "pinks" emailed me and told me of the impending demise of that Board, and they were not totally blind, either. They knew WHO was the crux of the problems. And, don't pout, it was not CAL. So I tried my best to be informative, called out those who needed to be called out, and have no real regrets. Deeply disappointed in the MANY CGCers who felt that I had no right to defend myself right ROY??? despite the obvious cyberstalking by a certain "cult status" deranged individual. Maybe they think it was some sort of a "fair fight"; Stu versus the Big Shot Dealer who is a top eBayer to boot, albeit a very part-time one-man Crusader which CAL is. However, since Borock has left, this place HAS gone straight to Hades and I have no qualms with anything I post here. Why change now? I have gotten some killer deals on the Seller's Forums, and actually made a few sales back-in-the-day. Gave CGC Forumites generous discounts ( yes, a few complained about that too) and other freebies, etc. Once I got my senses back, it was just business. So SKY I am reading this right, but are you giving CAL credit for you being here? That newbie who posts about the lack of drama until CAL shows up? How long you been here?? Where is that Meme " STFU NOOB!" when you need it??? CAL who stated his reasons for WHY he's on the CGC Forums but has gotta go...

Just received THREE great SILVER SURFERS. I have bought from Steve MANY times and yet to have an overgraded book. I am quite lenient with grading, for example, if someone sells me a VF 8.0, owtw pages, and it is really closer to a 7.0 and closer to off-white pages, I am still happy, and won't complain at all. But every comic sold by Steve is either on-the-mark or slightly under-graded. One of his books he sold me I can press out and yank a 9.0, possible 9.2 out of it. Depends on the pressing job. Oh, no color touch either. Never got one with rest from Steve. Anyway, give Steve a chance, you won't be sorry. CAL the Buyer...

Hello CGCers/Comics Hobbyists. I entered the following eBay User ID's tonite in my Blocked Bidder's List: astridonna, estatesaleslim, iluvdeadpeople2012, grubbzy37, bulldog76_2013, coo-holl, azunswagchic, Jamesessions2014, avsswolf, dollabill168, Snapper_Carr_forever, delparkadkins, and trav-tapp. Unfortunately, the two eBayers are deemed to be INVALID user id's: Jamesessions2014 & Snapper_Carr_forever. Is there any way anyone can get us the corrected eBay user ID's? Without a recap, when I saw Flying Donut's entry, that was the complete no-brainer for me. Flying Donut has credibility upon credibility, and he was one of the Sellers that constantly sold to me when I started on eBay back in the day. Even if I don;t know the other CGCers at all, I am going to take their word when they suggest to Block the Bidders. Let's keep this Thread going. This benefits ALL of us. CAL not running for President, but World Dictator...

This dirtbag pinhead jerk ran up almost $300 of my most recent auctions. Of course he never pays, but stalls, excuses, now his son is "sick" and has been for 4 weeks( but still found the gumption to bid the hades out of comics while the Spider-Man 2 movie was out???) yadda yadda yadda. So what does CAL do? he buys from "dept. of. superhero. affairs." he lists comics at MINT 9.8. he already is a d-bag, so how can he be anything decent at anything, especially something technical as grading with precision. So I will post the screen shots of this clown's responses. I will also post screenshots of this insufficiently_thoughtful_person's grading expertise. So please, by all means, if you want to block someone, this pinhead "dept. of.superhero.affairs" needs blocked. If you don't, you only have yourself to blame. If he ruins YOUR auctions, you can't say that you were not warned. CAL busy but still fighting the good fight….

Pianolady2002 is my WIFE'S account and is linked to my tegular account. She could not bid on my account if I got her to try. The other account is inactive. She told me that she's retired and moved to Hawaii, renting out her manor estate via a Property Managers in S. Cal. So yes, Stu is trolling once again!!! CAL is going to blow the doors off the Collectibles Group for all of this...

I used the Logo of Shellhead from my favorite one-shot comic. You guys/gals get ONE guess what that comic is. Anyone gets that wrong, you deserve to be banned for life!!! CAL totally transparent….

You should see some of the emails CAL gets. I am going to post them on my website for the world to see. And don't forget eBay has a team of grunts that surfs many other forums, such as this one, VGA, Sports card sites, coin/currency sites, etc. eBay will deny this, but the word had gotten out. CAL who has his token share of eBay just so he can attend a shareholder meeting
