I think she is an older version of Supergirl from an alternate universe. But she must be stronger - look at the size of those muscles!

But I know some of these black picture frame covers can be tough to find in high grade (Suscha News 9.8 sold for $876 in 2011).

And you're right about the #8. I have a beautiful NM copy I picked up in one of the threads here for only $40 or so a year ago.

The closest you will get is the DC Showcase series which is Black and White and I think only goes to issue #21. Still great stories though!

Went after the Weird Wars tonight and got shellshock. Weird War #8 in 9.6 went for $469! 

I did escape with these three though, the one at the end had an enemy case so I trimmed the pic (it's a 9.6 White).

Wow! $500 on Comiclink! Hope someone here grabbed it! 

I couldn't resist grabbing this one off Ebay. I would have preferred to wait for a 9.6 with White Pages but I figured with this issue I may have had a loooooong wait!
