  1. Really wish they would put the serial number on the label like sgc does. I did put that in the submission but they must not do that.

  3. It’s my fault, I joked about it on a different thread saying they might as well switch it to that to make TATs slightly more accurate 😅
  4. When did this change? 2 weeks ago you submitted a reply on another thread about TATs saying they start when the package enters the facility, NOT when it’s scanned into your system. Has there been a posted update? Please clarify.
  5. People mainly want the subgrades on csg slabs due to the design. All of that empty space looks odd if there are no subgrades. They should just add a light green bar that matches the logo along where the subgrades are, 1/4 inch wide or something. Black text would still easily be visible.
  6. Finally received my single card standard order that was submitted then received 4/7. An issue on their end with billing caused it to be delayed 3 weeks also.
  7. Mine were sent the same time as yours and I just received my first card back. One was standard, the rest is economy. I was pleasantly surprised by the grade they gave me due to one white corner but WOW. I’m super stoked to get the rest of my cards back and hopeful, since I critique my cards very hard.
  8. Has anyone seen an update to the website regarding this? Everyone shouldn’t be finding out a new rule or policy by word of mouth (so to speak). This should be updated.
  9. Anyone else have their submission order numbers recently turn unclickable (can’t think of the right wording)? It’s no longer green and now you cannot see your order info. If they have it ready that is. The only one I can click on is the order that has shipped and is on its way back to me.
  10. You all might as well change it to have turnaround times start from when it’s entered into your system, might make your turnaround times more accurate….if only slightly.
  11. One of my orders is a single card standard level, since April 6th. They called me 3 weeks ago saying they lost my credit card info so I had to resubmit the information to them. Called yesterday to double check the status of that card and they had not passed on my credit card information, and they still had it on hold! Now my single card is supposed to be returned within a week, but I’ll call to double check later. Not impressed so far.
  12. You may have to change the wording on the site then because it says details WILL be available when it goes into Scheduled for Grading status. Not sometime soon. Makes me think they’re advancing only so it appears your order is progressing.

According to the site, once the order goes into Scheduled for Grading status you can check the details of the order. 2 of my orders have been in that status for 4 days now with no details available. Aren’t they supposed to be available as soon as they go into that status? Or does it actually take a while to see details after going into that status? Are they pushing these orders into a new status before they’re actually ready so it looks like they’re progressing?
  14. This better apply only to recent orders. This company needs to get its together. Raise prices or shut down to catch up on orders. I’ve got an order that’s been there since early April and I better not have to wait until Christmas to get mine back. One of them is just a single card standard order also I should have gotten weeks ago.
  15. Anyone have any idea of how long it takes them to grade a card when it’s in grading status? I have a single card standard order that has been in grading/QC stage for 2 weeks now. Does it really take that long to grade one card? I can understand a large order but not a single card…

  17. Totally agree. They know what to do to make it right and refuse to do it. Don’t think I’ll be a return customer either. Now does that make us babies or do we just not like being bent over by these grading companies?
  18. I might go with SGC also, wish I could get mine sent back. Pretty ridiculous how there have been so many examples on how to correct your backlog and no corrective actions have taken place. Who wants to wait as long as PSA for cards valued at what, half?
