I never once commented on it nor do I have any interest in what he does. What was done should mean enough for everyone but as any addict, a dealer is needed. I now look at every auction of Spider-Man art and wonder what the truth behind the price and bidding is. Most of the time, I choose not to bid.

We have all moved on including major auction houses who have looked the other way. The effect this can have on the hobby is significant, and I as well as many others can’t ignore what was done.

If the shill thread was still here you would agree that the games played in the hobby by said person are worse than stealing a car.

Just saw it. 2.5 out of 5 stars. Margot was great. Sadly after this we probably won’t see her much as Harley. She’s too good an actress for this. I thought Black Canary was good too. Huntress was so so. Story didn’t grab your heart at any point which is one of the many reasons it failed. Even with the R rating and cursing, it wasn’t very humorous. Maybe a few chuckle moments but no big punch lines. Villain was boring with very little depth. Hate to say it but overall was just as bad as Suicide Squad.

Happens all the time. Artists can be a quirky bunch. Many times I’ll simply ask if a rough or initial sketch can be provided so we are on the same page. After that I leave it to them. When signing up for a commission there has to be a level of trust that it won’t be a dud. But as prices have jumped I can understand why that’s difficult. It’s one of the main reasons I have transitioned to finished or published pieces for the most part. I will get a commission here or there but only if it’s inexpensive or a well known artist is willing to do a fully rendered piece.

It really isn't suspicious. Considering how many books people amass in their life time, these on a bookshelf would look no different than anything else.
