So many confused collectors Said the guy who just agreed to buy his 1st OA. I'd like to think of it (in my case anyway) less in terms of confusion, and more in terms of unburdening myself. I'm not taking on new titles to collect or changing the sort of artwork I buy, I'm just lessening the "weight." And the bucket list is still being filled out, but I can tell you one item that I'm looking forward to: skydiving! dont go killing yourself now

I dont think Larry would risk losing his store or his reputation and sell more then what was really out there. I think if there was more it would be something he was un aware of..

A local company had their logo printed on a comic book, There was suppose to be a print run of 1,000 of that copy with his store logo. He had all 1,000 copies and was told by the publisher he was not to sell any of the books until date of release which was still about a month away. He had a signing in his store w/ the artist and writer 2 days after the release date. Here is the million dollar statement. All 1,000 copies were still all together in a box in his back room until the day of signing. What my friend was unable to figure out was the day before the signing, his book w/ his store logo was being offered for sale on ebay somewhere in Texas. So did somebody who maybe did the printing make a few extra? Is that possible?

I'm officially banned from ever buying comics from the web site mycomicshop, The owner told me over the phone that mycomicshop is the biggest in the world.. I told him that the people who packed the books needed to be fired.. I offered to pay extra money for a 9.8 condition book, He said we dont offer that here. I said in other words you basically know you dont have a nice copy in stock.. I had placed an order of CHEW books and not one was in even close 9.0 condition when I recieved them... If anybody wants these for free pm me... you pay shipping! I will send you about 20 chew books for free.. Otherwise they hit the shredder tomorrow.

pls let me know if you can find a chew #2 third print in 9.8 condition...

Second, third and fourth prints are much harder to find these days. Could this mean they will become valuable? I should say for at least issue 2 that is... Second and third print was hard for me to find in HIGH GRADE anyhow..

Trust me Chris, only until you get your ss copies in the mail from cgc... i know you didnt sell those w/out having backups..
