A friend just sent this to me... Guys, Jenni Gregory was sending me a note about her Dreamwalker 0 from Avatar. I had mentioned to her that we all found out it was preview material posted in that book. Well, she had an interesting take on this. Sorry, you're wrong about that. At the time I was working IN the Avatar offices. My husband was the Managing Editor for Avatar. Barry was the one who was pitch and subsequently signed Eric. The one page that appeared in DW 0 was indeed the first published appearance of The Goon. Eric gave us the page.

I just seen this post.. and I would feel really really bad if cgc decided to grade a few more NM 98'S 9.9 ...sorta like they did on the chew #1 THEY WERE really really generous grading those..

the description is wrong by stating it predates Avatar Illustrated by a few months. Dreamwalker #0 was in November of 98, Avt ILL Sum 98 was June 98

HOLY SHNIKES!!!! Super nice book bro (thumbs u . Where'd you score that beauty??? +1 (thumbs u That is an awesome copy. I have never seen one with such a perfect straight spine cut, and those corners look flawless. Looks every bit a 9.8 or better. oh I'm more then sure he was banking on the book selling at a higher price. I offered to buy that very book 3 months ago from him and he wanted well over a grand for it. I went w/ the cheaper book at 900.00.. very happy w/ my copy! all I'm saying if he had just sold that book by itself would have pulled more money

the seller of last nights auctions shot himself in the foot by selling all those books on the same day!.. if he would of sold 1 at a time he would of ended up getting top dollar.. I also think if he sold the vol 2 #1 by itself he would of got the 900.00..
