    I'm going to check my copy. Printed in Canada does not necessarily mean published in Canada. A lot of American publications were printed in Montreal. The indicia says published in New York.

    I was thinking the same thing. There's nothing on the front cover that says Canadian and the bc coupon is American. Looks like a mis-cut.
