Seriously? I guess the good thing about you sneaking in an untagged spoiler for another book in the WD discussion is that it was much more of a suprise than reading the book for myself. It would be cool of you to either delete the post or at least label it as a spoiler for that particular book....which has nothing to do with the Walking Dead.

That's awesome Brian! The guy in front of me at Jeff's Baltimore table bought this set and opened it to be signed. I couldn't afford one Joe was nice enough to let me drool over his new set.

The last one is what sparked my curiosity. Can't wait until the gates of Lovecraft open .

Just read Clockworks #2 and I am still in love with this book. If the art from this series ever becomes availible, I have dibs on the Kinsey splash! What a serene image

Fastball Special . Really a great theme for sketches! The Bone sketch is awesome as well as the other two. I met the Stuff of Legend guys 15 minutes before the show ended. Didn't know they were there but definitely grabbed a set of books as it is still on my "to read" list. I asked the guys to sign the first issue and they ended up signing everybook in the set I bought. Will definitely be seeing them earlier next time, hopefully for a sketch as well

Just wanted to share the sketch I got from Jeff Smith this past weekend in Baltimore. It was a real pleasure to meet him and you could tell he was having a good time. Wished I could have picked up one of the next box sets but it's not in the cards (or credit cards) right now. From Drop Box

My eyes nearly fell out when I saw this on the shelf! I thought it may never happen.

Somebody popped up on the boards with that art some time ago. I remember he was asking 3000 for it. I've tried searching for that thread a few times but have never been able to pull it up. It was definitely there though as I printed out the scan on a 4x6 and pinned it up next to my desk . Really hope it ends up in the hands of someone who will treasure it (me ) instead of someone who will flip it.

And while on the subject of Invincible...I got this page last week from dhurley1125. The first Conquest arc is still my favorite and I was very happy to add this to my other Ottley pages. Even happier because it's my first Inked Invincible page and it just looks sweet!

I was thinking the book would cool off for me after the conclusion of the Viltrimite War (EPIC!!!...especially the finale) but 79 got me in a different way. I think that's why I love this book. It can be exciting and action-packed then heartbreaking and bittersweet. I hope it lasts forever!

You could. I think it's more satisfying to show the OA though...especially once it's in your hands. I'm getting some new art soon, y'know. But that's for a different thread..

Great pieces Bryan! I want second your Kudos for Royd. I picked up two of Ardians Blackest Night: Batman pages from him last year and it was a great transaction! Wonderful guy to deal with!

I've been going through the story here and there over the past year and a half. Started with the color trades then recieved the black and white compendium last christmas. Love the characters and story...I think that's why I'm taking my time with it.
