  1. Yeah, the tec27 will be $400k give or take. Sat at $375k and also the berk slight restored 6.5 ended at $313k and
  2. It is, you are correct. This is my 4th 7.0. Was really considering that tec27 cgc 2.5 but thought be easier to have 4 7.0s especially if I need to move money around
  3. All depends on eye appeal, also if theres mc vs no mc, big swings on lower grades

  6. I had a similar experience an af15 cgc 6.0 on comiccinnect. I thought I had won at $30k or so. They had to reschedule that auction for a month later. The site had been hijacked during closing moment of my winning I spent that money on a private sale 7.0. Turned out pretty good

  9. Eye appeal looks good at 5.0 and higher. Af15 is my main interest and 6.5 or higher is what I like
  10. Be interesting if the upcoming ha ff5 9.6 get deslabbed and reholdered to a cgc slab.
