  5. I had 9 copies for sale at heroes con last year. 6 by the time I got to SDcc. 4 at NYcc. And only 2 at megacon his year. So the book is a consistent seller (thumbs u
  6. I reordered copies today so diamond still had stock. My pull list preorders were weak and so was my shelf order. I guess we will see tomorrow
  7. It is all illogical when it comes to restored books. Bottom line is likely supply/demand. Part of the demand issue lies with folks that don't think about the books logically (as u state the likely before condition not being considered like it used to) and some folks just don't like their funny books monkeyed with. But I agree the restored market has incredible room to grow price/value wise!
  8. In lieu of our esteemed Gator's proclamation allow me to consult my crystal ball and issue an opinion about the number of collections waiting to be unearthed in the universe. Wait a minute, ...almost got it. ... Ah yes, ...the answer is 42.
  9. my guess is 10 is low, 1000 is high.... I personally know of many collectors sitting on incredible collections, that have never seen the public light of day (non cgc'd, etc)....and if I know of many, I am sure many know of many that I wouldn't...so, they are out there in some number, and we will continue to see them materialize...at what rate, that is the truly unanswerable question (thumbs u
  10. How long does it take them to stop crying in there? My guess would be till they run out of oxygen Fortunately they are pretty good kids. Although family meetings are more like a congressional committee meeting than a fireside chat. Six more months and I will be done with diapers. I've been changing diapers since 1998 and I think I've seen everything that can happen or be done with a poppy diaper. This thread is nothing without pics. In an attempt to be helpful, I googled poopy diapers and clicked on the image link - now wishing I hadn't! But I did find this, titled "poopy diaper icecream" In true ask GAtor fashion, GAtor, is this a real flavor, and if so, have you tried it!? all I can say is thank God I am allergic to chocolate ... whew!
  11. my guess is a 4-5 seed in the east
  12. How long does it take them to stop crying in there? My guess would be till they run out of oxygen
  13. At SDCC? You must have a lot of patience if you're willing to wait till the summer. However, I'm sure it will be worth the long wait! BTW, what's the grade and PQ of that copy you're getting? Still to be determined!
  14. Poopy diapers (after 4 kids of my own) is an area of expertise for me. Poopy diaper dreamland!
  15. .5 to 1.0 depending on size and severity
  16. I just checked and still have one copy on my racks...going to keep it for me hehe
  17. when I put my FP run together, I found 41 (cage? cover) to be the toughest, but I am sure it goes in cycles (thumbs u
