  1. Yea at least in the past when my orders have taken longer they also would update the turnaround times to reflect that and it usually would finish on those new times. But it's been sitting at around 20 business days for a while now and hasn't changed or increased so that's why I'm wondering what's going on.
  2. Man I'm on business day 33 or 34 of my Economy order still in scheduled for grading. I've tried to reach out to CGC on IG and even sent a support ticket message and no response. I feel like I'm getting well beyond the 20 business day turnaround time and it hasn't changed or increased, should I call them? CGC used to be super fast and it seems like my turnaround times get longer and longer with each new order....
  3. Oh I also reached out to them to see if I could get a status update, my message was seen and I never got a response, that was almost a week ago.
  4. May be waiting even long I am still waiting on an Economy order marked received 2/20. Im almost on 30 business days and it’s still been in Scheduled for Grading for a while now. I don’t think we have ever been close to that 20 day estimate any time recently.
  5. I have an order I sent like 6 weeks ago now that still showing as Received, seems like the past month or two that grading and turnaround times have gotten really long. Previous orders over the past few years have only taken like 2 weeks or less until they were returned which I really like from CGC, but now it seems that the orders are taking really long with no movement. I have a second order that was just marked as Received and am planning on sending in a third order soon within the next week. Are there currently issues with the slowdown and could we expect a return to faster turnaround times soon, or are the times expected to increase even more?
  6. Yea I'm starting to wonder what's going on recently, you would think with the merger maybe they would have more resources. The quick turnaround times used to be one of the main reasons I liked grading with CGC, used to get orders back within two weeks or less, now its turning into PSA or BGS wait times. I have an order I submitted almost a month ago still showing received with no movement, sigh....
  7. @NickiO CS Is it possible to get additional information on what the issue was with this card, I personally did not alter the card in any way. I was also unaware that this card had been altered so it may be useful to have additional information as I may try to return the card from the original seller that I purchased it from.
  8. Saw one of my orders get completed today and one of my cards got an AA or Auth Altered, really confused as to what the issue or details were as I didn't do anything or alter the card at all. Really disappointed and confused. My order number is Order #: CGC2654714547 and the submission number is #4319783. It was a Pokémon Mewtwo GX 78/73 Shining Legends | English card. Was this some sort of issue or mistake or could I get some more details because idk why my card wasn't graded and given a normal grading score??? It was marked ready for shipping, but don't think it has moved at all so maybe this could be looked into before its sent back, I'm so disappointed I waited almost two months for this order to be completed and then this happened....
  9. Thanks, I keep seeing new orders in the tracking tool and getting started on, and as mentioned previously I shipped that order before a lot of my recent orders at the beginning of August. It shows that it was successfully delivered, but has not shown up in the submission tracking tool, so I'm just sort of wondering where its at and what's going on with that order as it has a lot of really important cards from my collection.
  10. An order I sent in from earlier in the month shows delivered but still not in the submission tracking tool? I have a few newer orders I've sent in more recently and those have all already shown up in the submission tracking tool ahead of my previous order. Is this common or is my order missing or something? Order number is: CGC3944311114 I've also had another reholder order that has been stuck on the Grading/Quality Control step for over a week, again new orders have started being tracked and worked on but this one has been stuck on this step, no updates: CGC9739327670
  11. My orders have usually been pretty fast but lately it seems like CGC has slowed down or something, I have an order with a grading an an encapsulation. The graded card has already arrived back to me but two cards getting the reholder have been sitting in Grading/Quality control for close to a week now, has to be the longest I've waited for an order and wondering why its stuck on this step. I also have a few more orders I sent in, I noticed the one I sent previously was delivered but not showing up in the submission tracking yet and another package I sent maybe the week after the one I just mentioned is showing as received in the tracking submission tool ahead of the previous order. Something a little wonky is going on and just seems like they hit some sort of slow down recently or something compared to how fast they have been in the past.
