  1. And @universal soldierbig thanks to you as well, it's helpful to see that export. I think that would be more than enough info for my needs. I will check out CPG as well. Surely there's a perfect fit for me out there somewhere, between these options. Thanks again, much appreciated!
  2. @circuitryusathanks so much, that's all VERY helpful and good to know. I have to say, so far I DO like the way Covrprice works, so if they are able to eventually get a regular export option, I think it will suit my needs just fine. I don't have to have 100% accurate, down to the exact penny values. I really just need the ballpark sum, as that's what I'll base my insurance coverage and such on. If it's off a bit here and there, no big deal. Thanks again, appreciate the thorough and thoughtful reply!
  3. Can anyone recommend a site along these lines, tracking values of raw collection, that allows for CSV export? I'm playing around with Covrprice, but don't see an export option. I linked to a "CLZ" account (which was also new to me), but it says in order to import my Covrprice collection, i need the csv file...which I can't find. So, looking for other suggestions. Basically, I have a big Google sheet that tracks all of my various collectibles. I track my slabs via GPAnalysis, and I can just cut and paste that info into a pre-made sheet which sorts it all the way I want. I'm looking for a similar option to either export or copy and past in CSV/excel format for raws. Thanks folks!
  4. Grades in! So, the first round I did on my phone, and did really well. The second round I took way too much time overanalyzing the books on my big work monitors, and did much worse. So, this time, I'm using the monitors, but I only gave myself a few minutes to do it. First idea, best idea. Let's see if it worked!
  5. That's great! I was going to say they reminded me of something out of, like, a TJ Maxx or Ross or something. Really perfect. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled locally. Thanks for sharing the pics!
  6. Did I miss the hardcover version of this thing? That's what I'm holding out for.
  7. Great set-up! I really dig these retail-style displays, with the pegboards. They look ideal, I'd love to have a couple.
  8. I wish I still had all of those old American Entertainment/Entertainment This Month catalogs, I was always so excited when they showed up. It was absolutely the zenith of 90's gimmick boom, but still a lot of warm fuzzy nostalgia for those times.
  9. I'd pay $250 for a decent vintage rack, all day long. They're drying up, at least around here.
  10. I hope the OP works something out that's agreeable to himself and the collector, but echoing the sentiments of many, if I'm not a player to BUY the collection, I definitely don't want to spend my time grading it for someone else. Life is too short to play with someone else's comics, unless I have a chance to make them MY comics. Any price I'd charge for such a service would likely be unattractive to the collector.
  11. This crazy thing showed up this weekend. I ordered this from Pulse well over a year ago, can't believe it's finally here. As an adult, this is pretty, pretty cool. But if I'd had it when I was 11-12? Man, it would have been the BEST THING EVER. It takes size C batteries, which, as you may guess, I don't happen to have on hand. So, I haven't been able to test out the ammo counter yet, but otherwise, man, what a great toy. Nice weight, you can eject and slap in the ammo clip, it has the under firing grenade launcher, and all in all is just a super presentation. I expect we'll be seeing a lot of folks customize these into screen accurate versions, but I kinda dig the funky toy colors, which are reminiscent of the power loader. Packaging is also top notch, lovely display piece.
  12. As expected, got hammered that round. Was way too hard on BB and Lois. I also had the NM98 at 8.5. Oh well, I’ve got a little cushion from the first round, but I’d guess this lands me in the middle of the pack over all.
  13. I only had a few minutes to futz around with it myself! Ok good, I’m glad I’m not the only one having trouble with the fx pieces. I also had a heck of a time getting the claws to stick, and even then it wasn’t a very “cool” pose. So I’m not sure if it’s kinda shoddy, or if I just need to work with it a bit more. And you’re also not alone on the stand peg issue! I’ve had the same problem with every Mezco stand I’ve ever owned, they are a huge pain to get that big peg out. I gave up at the time, will try again this weekend. For the pic he was just briefly balanced on the Sentinel stand.
  14. I think I really should have. When I did it at home on my phone, it took a few minutes. Now that I'm back at work with these huge double monitors, I spent waaaaaay too much time overthinking it. Should have gone with my gut. The truth will out!
  15. You bet, bud, no problem! And I agree, they do a very nice job, hold him up solidly, but from most angles you’d never notice them at all.
  16. Well, they’re not crud to me personally, as those are the waters I can afford to swim in. But compared to the major keys that this thread tends to track, it’s drekkier for sure ha. I’m a very small fish in the pond. Not even a pond, really!
  17. I pretty much stick to 80's and 90's drek that tickles my nostalgic funny bone, so, you know, cheap stuff. I will say, at long last, I'm seeing more of that "crash", in that I'm suddenly winning books with my placeholder bids, when I was blown out on the same books in previous auctions. Nothing crazy, but I'm talking about books that were $400 a few months ago I'm now getting for $250, $100 books selling for $50-60, etc. Very sorry to the sellers, very happy for me. It's a crazy time. I maybe should stop buying the crud and get back to trying to buy REAL books, as I may actually be able to afford them again!
  18. GPA 90 day avg is $2164, and shows last sale as $1675. I'd wait at least until the holidays, when desperate sellers come out. It's funny, I've said a few times that if the book ever got back under $1500, I'd buy a copy. Looks like I may have to see if I really meant that!
  19. Thanks bud! Feels like I'm living under a cloud these days, I seem to catch every cold and stomach bug that blows through here. I'm afraid the holiday season is going to be brutal!
  20. That's great! Perfect page for it too! I took the Batman Animated HC around to a couple of shows, but only ended up getting Dini's sig, so eventually I went back to just taking the DC hc, as they were kinda heavy to haul around all day.
  21. Grades in! Sorry, have been off sick! So, the first round I figured I had nothing to lose, did it on my phone, took a wild swing, and got four bullseyes. What does that mean for this round? That means that this time I spent WAAAAAY too long overthinking things, and am about to exhibit an almost biblical fall from grace. I am pretty sure I've undone all the good I did the first round. So be it. At least that'll take the pressure off!
  22. Not at all! Just a matter of my dusty old brain remembering to do it!
