I don't know. The artist's rendering of Cap is spot on, but something just seems "off" with Bucky.

Did anything change on the list? And would this be a good time to discuss whether National #12 belongs on it? The image looks like a generic dictator, vaguely modeled after Hitler, but a pencil thin moustache and no swastika makes it seem doubtful IMHO. No new additions. I think there are a few that can be argued either way based on the position of the drawing & the artist ability/artistic take on Hitler. True. Good points have been raised about Blue Beetle #34. National #12 just doesn't look like Hitler to me. As an aside, I have used the name Hitler so many times in my posts that I'm probably on some NSA watch list.
