Does anyone know who has the only recorded CGC 9.8 SSWS #151?

I'm also having a hard time looking for this one. Where are they?

I wonder if the SSWS 151 cgc 9.8 will show up in some auction one of these days. Love to see how high the bids would go.

Please forgive me if this question has been already asked and answered but what's the most difficult Bronze Age Horror #1's to get in high grade? And are the DC Horror #1's scarcer in high grade than the Marvel's?
