  1. Sounds like it has all kinds of potential for headaches.
  2. If you like that one, then you would really like the Brazilian Ebal or the Mexican Novaro, both printed just a few months after US original. Here’s my Ebal. I´m pretty sure someone here has the Novaro. I'll take that as my cue.
  3. Im starting to think your "luck" is actually a inability to sleep! Your eyes on target far outweigh the time that a normal human who needs sleep and rest can produce..... Well maybe that dedication coupled with a little luck sure can explain alot! (thumbs u
  4. Another day and another round of beautiful Mexican Novaro's added to your collection Tim! I love that cover of Weird Western Tales man.... and on a doubley rare novaro its even more I was just looking in the right place at the right time. You know how my luck runs.
  5. I got a few goodies in today. Then there's this one, a beautiful copy I have to say. Looks almost good enough to have come off the spinner rack just yesterday. The reasons I like it so much: 1) 3rd appearance of Jonah Hex 2) It has Neal Adams pencils with Bernie Wrightson inks 3) Great Joe Kubert cover

  7. IMO a much better investment than the ASM #700 variant.
  8. I think you'll be intrigued by what I end up subbing for ECCC.
  9. They published Green Lantern, Flash, Kamandi, Mister Miracle and The Demon under the Batman title. They were located in Mexico City and distributed to books to pretty much the entirety of Latin America.
  10. Hello, Gonza_Araña! The honor is all mine and I think very fondly of Argentina since many of my Novaro variants have come to me via sellers in your beautiful country! :applause: My very first Novaro variant came from The Land of the Pampas and the seller was incredibly nice and helpful! Un abrazo! I think I've got one of those somewhere but some guy wrote his name on the cover and it's in this weird plastic case. I´ll buy the weird plastic case if the initials are N.A. They might be... but I don't think I'd really want to sell it.

  12. I'm a huge fan of Adams, Wrightson etc. and Cardy certainly deserves to be considered as equal company to those guys.
  13. I waited a while to get the Witching Hour copy and definitely sweated. Word to the wise--grab 'em fresh! BTW, Weird War Tales was just released on 1/8. Get it cheap on Amazon! Absolutely. The comedy within is between the 3 witches (who host the stories) and Igor. Good stuff. Plus a lot of pretty pictures by Nick Cardy. (thumbs u
