  1. I posted the SS copy I just got back last week, this week I got this one in.
  2. Sweet! @143ksk: Stop it, you're probably making Liam drool. What are the publication dates on those? They definitely look older.
  3. Those are awesome Liam. You'll have to post a group pic of the whole set when you can.
  4. Very interesting. I'll admit it would be nice to be able to read them to see how they were translated. The stuff that really makes me wonder is the Adams/O'Neil Green Lantern run with all the stuff they had going on in there as far as politics, racism, drugs etc.
  5. I'd have to learn it but since my intentions is to submit a considerable amount of these for Signature Series I'll have to settle for reading my HCs & TPBs.
  6. Really? You should have expected to see more sooner rather than later.
  7. I have one in my possession at the moment but I've already worked out a trade with Chespirito for it.
  8. Very sweet... I might be going to go out on a limb here but I think at this point you probably have the largest foriegn Adams SS series collection I have ever seen.... I don't think that limb stretches too far. If I don't now I'm sure I will have by the end of next year.
  9. I decided to list these on ebay after they didn't sell during the VCC. Link
  10. Wait, so the first appearance of John Stewart is in a Batman book?! Wow, foreign editions are a whole new world. Yes they are. Notice too that the Canadian edition Detective Comics #404 is titled as Superman. There's a whole lot of mixing and matching of US titles to foreign ones.
  11. I've been on here a little over three years and haven't had any problems with anyone I've dealt with. It's unfortunate if on your first transaction you ran into someone unreliable. I would encourage you to stick around, most sellers on here are great to work with.
  12. Very cool. I used to go to a lot more cons to get signatures and still have quite a few raw signed books. When I discovered that CGC had the SS program it seemed like such a perfect fit for me as far as collecting graded books. I've taken that one step even further and am now focusing mainly on Adams (obviously ) and Wrightson books.
  13. Just got this one back today. If you've never looked for it then you can't begin to understand how hard it is to find one of these.
  14. Just got these back today, they were subbed at C2E2 in April. 20 for 20 for highest on the census for Signature Series.
  15. Thanks Sean, you wouldn't believe how much of a beast it is to track some of those down. I meant more in terms of quantity than format.
