I have no idea what's going on with my submission ...... I sent an express order a month ago turn time was meant to be 5 days...... I submitted an economy order a week later..... I have the bulk order back the express order is still waiting to be graded ........ I paid $50 a card for slower service ?!

Hi CGC I recieved my economy submission back, I marked ERROR on the submission form as the variant did not show up. The error is that the stage box contains the wrong character. Grading have missed it and so the label on the card is actually inncorrect. Cards effected are 4291748001 and 4291748002. The error is very evident in the picture if you check the registry. My question boils down to this .... Do I send these back as ME or will I have to pay for regrading ? Thanks in Advance.

I submitted 2 orders on the same day last month, 1 was express the other was economy. My express order was booked in first and charged first about 4 days later my economy order was entered in to the system and charged. I already have my economy back ! My express order says that its still scheduled for grading at the moment. Not sure if my orders been misplaced or if the cue is just longer ? I was expecting a months wait on the bulk but it was shipped back to me in under a week and the high value express order is not updating ? any advice ?
