Should I be concerned or is the express cue just longer than bulk at the moment ? 1 1

I submitted 2 orders on the same day last month, 1 was express the other was economy.

My express order was booked in first and charged first about 4 days later my economy order was entered in to the system and charged.

I already have my economy back ! My express order says that its still scheduled for grading at the moment.

Not sure if my orders been misplaced or if the cue is just longer ?

I was expecting a months wait on the bulk but it was shipped back to me in under a week and the high value express order is not updating ?

any advice ?
