Received Submission back - Grading Missed print error marked on submission form. 1 1

Hi CGC

I recieved my economy submission back, I marked ERROR on the submission form as the variant did not show up. The error is that the stage box contains the wrong character.   Grading have missed it and so the label on the card is actually inncorrect.  Cards effected are 4291748001 and 4291748002.  The error is very evident in the picture if you check the registry.

 

My question boils down to this .... Do I send these back as ME or will I have to pay for regrading ?

Thank you for reaching out to us. If the error is one that CGC recognizes, the cards will qualify for a mechanical error complimentary correction. Error designations are provided at the discretion of the grading team, and our TCG Error Guide offers the best information on the types of errors we will recognize.

In this case, it will be important to confirm that your cards qualify for error designation before you return them. Can you please provide a more details description of the error or a photo of the cards indicating the error?
