Here is a super tough book to get in VF or better. This 8.0 copy is the Highest Graded Copy that CGC has graded to date. Daring Mystery Comics #1-8 had ended years earlier and with issue #9, the title was changed to Daring Comics. I never figured out why the "Mystery" was dropped from the title?!?
Oh, BTW, it's a World War II Schomburg shark cover too!

Here is one of the rarest Timely's from 1942. Overstreet lists it as "Rare". Joker Comics #1 is the only Joker issue to have a Superhero story in it, Stuporman. It's also the 1st appearance of Powerhouse Pepper by Wolverton! I'm going to scan the back cover too as it has Captain America on it!

Can't you see the garter belt? That's lingerie my friend! And the art inside is a lot more revealing than the cover!

I had a Superboy #1 that had an arrival date of 12/21/1948 even though the cover date is March of 1949!

That's a bummer, do you remember the 2 issues you passed on?

Not to my knowledge. DC aquired the Fawcett and Quality characters, not the Nedors
