Cover cleaned. SELLER must be blind w/ PQ they state. Yeah, very deceiving seller as usual of course. If you notice, the seller never have graded books for sell. Most of the books he is selling was bought raw or slabbed purple label or low grade.

Let's see...5.0 grade is a 80% price jump from 4.5, 6.0 is a 100% jump from 5.0, 7.0 is 50% jump from 6.0, 8.0 is 100% jump from 7.0. to be clear, the offer is pending cgc and it getting at least a 6.5...if only a 6.0, the offer will drop, but that doesn't mean I will sell it lower It's really difficult to score a 6.0+ and you even manage to get it in off-white pages. Just what if it came back as a 7.0....$9K.

I guess that is true...at the time, I had 5 copies of Tec 31 and 7 copies of superman 14... just that tec 31 goes for SO much more money, that I chose to sell them first, but the day of reckoning for supes 14 is coming (out of the 18 copies I have, 4 are already sold, so 13 to go, and one I will keep!) As you said, if the offer is good take it and replace down the road. Recycle them.

If the grades and asking prices were equal, I'd go with Tec #29 for sure; I'd even take a lower-graded 29 over a higher-graded 35 depending on the degree of disparity of course. Can't go wrong either way though. (thumbs u Lots of decision to make, but I will add a least one of the above in the future.

finally got around to scan the recent arrival as you can see, the flaw that kept this book out from any higher grades ever is the soft bottom right corner and the 1/3" hairline color loss scratch on the same corner....not a crease at all. The rest of the book beside the one color loss tick by Magneto's cape is near flawless This will stay in the vault for as long as I am passionate about my collection. Sharp copy! Nice! Keep it safe and in the vault. It's a keeper and a gem in anyone's collection.
