Pretty lame scan. One of the only few graded copies for sale right now. At least it won't break the bank.

Has LT/OW PQ. Is this BETTER or WORSE than C/OW? I get confused about CGC's PQ stepladder... C/OW PQ is higher page quality than LT/OW.

This club has been very active lately. We are almost approaching AF 15 club post. I think 99.9% of the posts are by kimik (Ryan), showcase22gr1959 (Rich), and me (Brannon). Do we not get enough attention at home? We enjoy and treasure this book so much...

Good point! I think the prices for graded copies above 5.0 should be watch closely since copies under 5.0 are more plentiful. What's expensive now may be consider cheap the next 2-5 years.

What were the grades?? the million dollar question!!! not likely to get that info... There is a way to find out...I'll keep the club updated.

not much talk lately .....so let me throw this out there...i have 4 copies coming back from cgc next week..and 6 more ready to sub soon...there are very few GPA sales to date...and the FORUM sales area seems slow lately....is it to everybody's benifit or is it bad to raise the gpa info on this book?....i can easily sell on ebay and the gpa will rise..or sell here for less/equal to ebay/paypal fees....and the price in GPA never changes.....?? GPA has few recent sales...a lot of "RAW" book have sold for record prices as well.......thoughts? keep the gpa down? or get the ball rolling..all these private sales are doing nothing for the stats.... Prices are definately rising for all grades for this book, but the most price appreciation is concentrated for copies graded CGC 4.0 and above. Having a 5.5 selling for $3800 and with it being updated in GPA will make everyone notice and eventually impact all other graded copies in the future. I hope you do well with the submissions.

Have you had it for a while or is it a recent acquisition? I had this high grade SC22 for a while and a a few dozens silver age/bronze spideys I ve sent out to get graded. I see. One good book (SC 22) along with the junk. Some of these JUNK spideys may be top on the CGC census. That should bring in some big dollars for you if they are. Only half of them are 12 centers and the rest are 15 and 20 centers, but none are below issue 40's. Decent, but not a grand slam, but I'm content.

Time will tell and we should know soon. I'm not going to add this copy to the high grade list because I suspect it's the ComicLink 6.5 crm/ow copy. Metropolis Comics has a SC22 6.5 crm/ow pages, which may be up for auction in Comic Connect.

If anyone has a SC24 7.5 or higher in egg "white" pages, let me know.

Could anyone else confirm there is a SC22 Bethlehem copy? Some notable Bethlehem keys: SC8 8.0, SC 9 8.0, SC13 9.0, SC24 9.0. There is a possibility, but it's a long shot. With CREAM "makes me scream" pages Yes, this is the case for SC 24...the usual ice "cream" pages.

I purchased the Bethlehem copies of SC 29 - 32 about 10 years ago. I still have the 30 and 31. I know the 22 was not offered to me because I would have grabbed it. Do you know who brought the Bethlehems to market ? I got my copies from a Canadian dealer. The Bethlehem collection was found by a dealer Joe Rainone. Anybody has a complete list of the Bethlehem collection ? Anybody with the Bethlehem SC22 please stand up!
