  1. Maybe CSG needs to shut down until July so they can catch up?
  2. People don't like flippers or junk wax submissions Lets do all the things you want to do...WTF??????? How about mind your own business and don't worry about what is submitted or not submitted. The problem is a lack of the supply for the demand. Open a west coast submission center and one in Texas. It's not like the demand isn't there. Bottle neck opened.
  3. is 7.25mm 240 pt? Card holders aren't sold in MM. I have calipers somewhere but why not just tell us max thickness in PT vs MM.
  4. Thanks for letting us know that they're working in grading at least. 20 days of submission progress silence. For all I know my cards were delivered to a gas station across the street.
  5. Old articles are about as much good as last months Shohei Ohtani Gem 10 prices...out dated. Plus Hockey is what I'm most interested in information on. What this Junk Wax topic is for is those guys on top of Junk Wax era like whipped cream on a Pumpkin Spice Mocachino. Experts.
  6. I don't even touch my cards with my bare hands...much less inspect them bare handed like this guy in the photo. This better not be an actual photo....wtf
  7. I don't know...My first submission was signed for on the 15th of March. Second Submission Received on 26th of March. The 60 day "Working Day" half truth is disturbing. It's already been 15 working days but that clock does not start until they open the box???? It could sit there for a year before they decide to open our submissions and even then 60 working days is not NOT guaranteed.
  8. I only buy the project 70 cards that appeal to me...So i have purchased maybe 25 or so thus far. I did get a Pardee Acuna foil. and Today..4/2/2021 i purchased the Atlanta Companion off his web site. 105.00 out the door. andi just checked...all sold out as of 12:15. So they sold out in 15 minutes...or less
  9. Just curious if your submissions are moving and grooving or... if the have yet t be acknowledged.
  10. man...I'm just relieved to see people getting their cards back.
  11. Grades are grades with out the Subs on there. If it's a Pristine 10 ...do you need them? I don't think its worth it. I know i would pay more for 9.5 if it had sub grades. two side by side and the non subgrade is cheaper...Imma snatch it.
  12. I'm sensing a massive MASSIVE amount of gridlock. Today will be my 14th full day of zero progress updates and I have two submissions waiting. My 3rd is printed out and packaged. I've given up on the 60 day...or rather "working day" and have settled on the 60 week turn around time. Even though the site hasn't updated the "current" turn around time. Did CSG bite off more than they can chew? Would a west Coast Submission center fix the problem? I feel for CSG so much work and not enough time in a day. So how does CSG fix it? not for the sake of the submitter but for the sake of raking in all that cash and still maintaining a quality service. I know you all just got that 80,000 plus sq foot addition but perhaps a west coast location would fix the kink and provide relief to the bottle neck.
  13. I'd like to know more about junk wax specifically top Hockey cards but also Baseball, Basketball, Football and Soccer, actually all cards from this era. Olympics, Boxing, Wrestling etc.
  14. No...I just want my submission in the system. That's all. 60 working days is great. But that that does bit start until they go to grading. So today will be day 13 working days of sitting in the storage room. I'd love to have 60 working days...I'd just like it have already started. Right? 😉
  15. I'll move back to florida if the price is right😉
  16. If they are snagging boxes off the top and all of us that have boxes on the bottom...my lord. Because that's what it sounds like.
  17. The end of today will be 11 working days for my submission. Might just throw out the 72 hour responses.
  18. The lack of receipt acknowledgement is disturbing. For all I know their sitting in someone's kitchen table being prepped to send in for grading...under someone else's name. It's been two weeks and silence. At least be like...we got it. The need to supply a barcode when we print out our order forms for the outside of the box.
  19. It does not say that. Its says "Note: Your submissions won't appear here until they have been received by CSG" it doesn't say...when we get around to it.
  20. Than you need to change what it says on the web page. Because it says when received by CSG. Not when its received in the system. My fed Ex package was received by csg on the 15th. Technically according to the web page it should show up. Either the web page needs to be corrected or you need to start updating the status when it's actually received. Also...just change the 60 working days to 90 real days. Plus 2-18 days to be entered into the system. So plus three weeks...which I assume are plus 2 to 18 working days..that's puts the reality at 121 real days. It's very misleading.
  21. It clearly says what it says. It does not say when your order is in the grading process that your submission will appear here.
