  6. Cards which were showing a zero (0) for a score should now be reflecting the proper score. If you have certification numbers still showing zero, please email registry@CSGcards.com and include the certification number so we may research the problem.
  7. Hello, If you would like to request placement for your cards, please do so through the CSG Registry. All NEW SET requests will now need to be requested from the CSG Registry. Do you have a NEW SET request? Please follow the directions below to request a new set. Please be sure you logged in and select CSG Registry on CSGCards.com. 1. Select the Sports Category and then the type of set. 2. Click on Request a new set type here. 3. Enter the Sport, the Set Type, and any relevant certification numbers. The Admins will receive an automated message to review your request. Please check our Newly Released topic before requesting a new set. We may have already created the set and you may only need to request a new slot.
  8. Hello GB17, This is a different certification number than the one you listed above. Cards listed as Unknown Item in the CSG Registry are one of the bugs our programmers are working to correct. We apologize for the delay and hope to have this resolved soon, however, we do not have an ETA on when.

  11. Hi GB17, All of your Cameron Johnson and Evan Mobley cards have placement in the CSG Registry. You may use the Autobuild feature to add these cards to their respective sets or you may add them manually from your inventory page by clicking on the yellow plus sign.

The player set request for Tony Pena has been reviewed and unfortunately, we are unable to create this set at this time, as it does not meet the minimum requirements. Once more cards are graded, we may reconsider this request. Many of his cards are eligible in company sets and if you haven't already, you may create those and add his cards.

  15. Hi UncleTed, It is not necessary to request score corrections for cards graded Gem Mint 10 showing a zero score. Our programmers are working on correcting this, unfortunately, we do not have an ETA on when this will be corrected.
  16. Hi Shockmaster, Unfortunately, I do not have any further information other than they are working on correcting the zero scores for Gem Mint 10 graded cards.
  17. The scores for the base card were incorrect based on recent sales and when updated in the scoring algorithm, the scores dropped. If you wish to provide recent sales documentation for the gold parallel, we will be happy to review the scores for that card again. The CSG scoring algorithm takes into consideration many factors when calculating a score, including, but not limited to, the grade of the card, recent sales, and number of available cards.
  18. Hi Warner85, I made any necessary updates to the base card. Due to the increased popularity of the CSG registry, the team no longer sends email updates and concentrates on set and slot requests. The programming does not automatically send notification when score corrections have been reviewed.
  19. Hello, Unfortunately that functionality is not available at this time. When you are logged in you may copy and paste your certification number to our verification tool for pop report information. We appreciate the suggestion and will forward it to the proper department.

Hello, Some aspects of the CSG Registry are affected by the system upgrade such as card scores showing a zero (0) when they should have a score, some cards are not adding to your registry sets but are eligible, new submissions showing as Unknown Item, and some newly graded cards and slot requests are in our list waiting for the update to be completed. Images may not be appearing in newly added cards to inventory as well. We apologize for any delay in adding your cards and for points to update. Our programmers are aware of the these issues and working as quickly as possible to correct them.   21. Hi Warner85, Any score correct requests which were in our queue for review have been processed. You would not receive notification once they were completed. If your score corrections were due to the system updates not showing a score for your card, our programmers are still working to resolve this issue.
