  1. Really awesome! Beautiful colors and details and so cool it was done by your daughter.
  2. Bought a nice set of SA books from Greg and they were not only priced great, but they were packed safely and shipped quickly. Really recommend him as a seller, and I'll be looking for his future listings!
  3. I'll be away from my P.O. Box through after Christmas, at this point, so unfortunately I won't be able to confirm receipt with my SS and share the gift until afterwards... That said, really looking forward to it!
  4. The font used by the OP made me question whether I was reading a sales listing or a wedding invitation.
  5. I'm game. I'll try $687.87. Thanks for doing this, Dr. X!
  6. Here’s my contribution - call it a “Non-Marvel or DC Old Meets New Package!” - Adventures of the Fly 1 (absolute reader copy - cover detached and spine almost completely split) - Adventures of the Jaguar 1 (reader copy) - Adventures of the Jaguar 10 (GD/VG) - Die Kitty Die HC Trade (new - includes issues 1-4) - Die Kitty Die - Hollywood or Bust! Issues 1 & 2 - TMNT No. 71 - Montreal Canadiens Variant signed by Kevin Eastman
  7. Also Brave and the Bold 102, 105, 110
  8. I did my best to make sure none of these were already claimed so forgive me if they were... otherwise: Avengers 52, 56, 77, 82 + Brave and the Bold 53, 67
  9. I am definitely in! Just looking to finalize the prize and will confirm ASAP.
  10. I've never seen this book before... I don't recall any artist "signature" that's featured in as prominent a way as a Barry Smith's is here. Could be mistaken for a'70s album cover!
  11. I guess your appreciation of this shirt will depend on your political bent:
  12. PM sent! Ho Ho Ho! Now debating whether raffle contribution should be known (with pics) or simply a "mystery box" that gets decided later...
  13. Such a great book. With really long time payments I might... just... have... been... able... to pull the trigger.
  14. Congrats! What a nice copy, with great page quality, to boot.
  15. That's an amazing piece of history that shows the love the original owner had for it. The "my favorite" written above Doc Ock's head says it all, never mind the staples and tape that were added to keep it together. If all this wear comes from your dad from when he was a kid, that's probably a great piece of nostalgia with sentimental value potentially outweighing market value. I'm with those who say to keep it raw - if it's a piece of memorabilia from your dad's childhood, it may well be worth keeping for that meaning alone.
