Similarities between Invincible 19 preview and Nowhere Men #3 I'm not sure if you can read the dialogue but it is very similar.

 

Similar, but not the same.

 

The characters don't look the same, don't have the same names, and the situations discussed are substantially different. If there was a comic featuring these same characters that actually referenced these scenes, it would be the same, but as it is, this is more a false start than a first appearance.

 

And as far as the WWPDX thing goes -- there are 500 copies for sale, plus creator comps -- and no, that particular version of the book won't be printed again, so be cool and leave some for the Fund to actually sell at the show.

20 years later.... Damn it! Chew 1 9.8 is still 100 bucks!!!

I sold my 9.8 about a year ago for 100.00 But I bought it for 3 bucks at the time and thought it was a nice return...

Yeah - should make this very clear - Joey has been very good to me.

This was a one time error - no problem my end.

 

Lets not forget Gentlemen - this is a man who turned my Avengers #1 4.5 into a 6.5.

And I have just discovered he is pretty much a one-man outfit.

I have no idea how he does it tbh.

I have no problem recommending Joeys services, and he's a very nice guy to deal with.

I sent him an X-Men 1 that had a nasty spine curl and he fixed that with ease and I got a nice bump in the grade as well A+ guy!

I ordered one oh the Revival 1 3rd Eye variants they posted on eBay. Figured wth, what do I have to lose. He wasn't joking when he said "flawless"! This is a super sharp copy I may just send in to be graded

Hit a LCS today and was pleased to find that they had put some more Saga overstock on the shelves. I snagged 5 more copies of #3 and #4 1st prints, and 4 more copies of #8. Interestingly, they only had 2nds of #2 and #5 (probably because I had previously snagged the 10 or so they put out ), but no copies of #6 1st or 2nd. They also had a small stack of #1 5th prints on the shelf - is it worth picking up as well?

Is the image they have on the eBay auction an old stock image? I noticed the "in hand" auctions have the third eye logo on the bottom right and not the top right as pictured

Finally got around to reading issue 5 and WOW . This book keeps getting better!

Sucks that if I order 2 shirts the shipping has to be Priority at 11.35. I placed 2 separate orders so shipping is 2.30 each
