The regular #1 had a much larger print run than the Larry's limited edition. The main difference between the two is that the Larry's edition says "Larry's Limited Edition" (similar to what he does for all his variants) on the cover - it also has a large "1" in the top-right corner instead of the standard Image issue number / price box, and no UPC code on the front. The limited #1 is neat, but doesn't command anywhere the money you'll get for a regular #1. +1 The Larry's is a great low cost way to get a #1, especially for SS.
