  1. Thanks bud! I think 9 and 27 are my two favorites of the run.
  2. I just got nice copies of OMEN 1-3. Haven't looked at them yet, but the covers are awesome.
  3. Great work by the Desertwind Team: Lee, Simon, Colan, Romita
  4. I think that takes care of everything. Could have been a lot shorter.
  5. Only book I'm keeping for my collection.
  6. Oh, man, Chuck, that is just great. I really wanted to do a NHS or a Warrior Nun Areala for Ben Dunn. That book is awesome.
  7. was? and stop staring at black canary's b00bs. It was dreamy in its raw form.
  8. How does he meet the terms of the list? Alex never paid for anything and he never got anything. The word is out that one time Jon sold an art page that got lost. There is no transaction to complete and nothing to be done.
  9. It looks to me like there are two items that Alex has not paid for that he doesn't have. I hope that all of the people who have not paid me for items that they don't have don't add me to the Probation Thread. I would think that would really clog up the Probation Thread. But seriously, Jon has already fallen on the sword. He doesn't know where the art page is. Alex isn't out any money. They can do a deal for another page or go their separate ways. Same goes for the Stumptown book. JJs punishment should be that he sells Alex the book for what the current market rate is, because that book was a smoking turd within weeks of its issue. To me there is no Probation List issue because there is nothing to be done. Alex is not entitled to a refund of funds he never paid and he has already said he doesn't want the Stumptown. He got to air his grievance with Jon, whatever the motivation was. The discussion will stay here to "alert" the public of this transaction gone awry, which coupled with Jon's hundreds of successful transactions is a pretty damn good indication of what dealing with Jon is like.
  10. 10% of them are left wankers. ...beat me to it! That's what you get for bringing a rusty bobby pin to a gun fight.
  11. Well trained by 2004, obviously. '04 is populated with cup droolers.
  12. Ironic, as the Class of '05 is well renowned as providing consistently erudite, witty and polished Boardies.
  13. The rumors of the CGC Boards demise have been greatly exaggerated.
  14. Received some beautiful autographed Dynamic Forces books, expertly packaged. Muchas Gracias. --S.
  15. Whomever decided to put "Zombie bondage cover" on the label must be cracking up . . .
  16. Post them. Yours have never been seen, except by a couple of people at the Cincy show. They are AMAZING!
  17. This keeps coming up, doesn't it? I think the only fair way for the Seller to do this is to state up front that there will be 3% added if the purchaser desires to do Paypal. Then the Buyer can decide beforehand if that is something they agree to. Personally, I can't think of anything more worth the 3% than the immediacy of receipt of Paypal funds. But that is just me.
  18. Fixed that for ya Sean. That could be true, but I have had a couple this year . . .
