If this is your response to Adam's request to not throw gasoline on the fire, keep it to yourself. You are obviously super fired up. Based upon your "law enforcement" background, you also may want to be more circumspect about tossing out allegations of criminal action. While it is certainly possible that crimes were committed, this is also still America where you are innocent until proven guilty. As it relates to the civil side, I would suggest that everyone avail themselves of whatever remedies are available to them, particularly if the amount or the source of the funds used is causing financial hardship. For a lot of folks, the comics or art may be far more important than the money. In that case, my experience has been that it is the best to work with CGC and other parties who may be able to track down/secure the comics and art than it is to go full incendiary mode Right now it is a terrible situation. Yes, people have been aggrieved. But there is no "one size fits all" solution. Each person needs to analyze his or her own situation and make the best decisions they can predicated upon their own individuals priorities and circumstances.

That's pretty sarcastic. This thread has been around a long time and lots of people have gotten their turn at being told "it doesn't qualify" - including some SS legends. It is part of the fun and mystique of the thread. Being a n00b doesn't mean you have to know everything, and it doesn't mean that you won't be included. But it does mean that lots of things have gone on before you were a part of the Boards, and it may be a good idea to learn a little bit about it, before you become Sergeant Sarcasm.
