I wonder if the buyer appreciated that it was PLOD rather than a Universal Grade. The fact that it was restored was not what I would call highlighted in the description.

Overdue kudos to Foolkiller for the nice Avengers 1. Expect it be back on display on the boards once it is signed by Stan and slabbed.

Just got a couple of books from Julio.

CP1 9.8 and CP3. Great packaging and great books. Art is fantastic.

As a reminder, the book is scheduled for release before SDCC 2010 per Tom, Olympian Publishing. Limit of one per boardie to avoid over-pricing in case the books are limited in print run, your local LCS does not carry it, etc. The list is still open if you'd like one to read or collect. Final price will be announced once the transaction is completed, but it will be below cover price thanks to the awesome boardie who is also willing to hook peeps up with a great story. Does any one know if the series is going to continue after issue 3?

I bought a slabbed copy of number 1 and raw copies of 0, 2 and 3(all first print ) Needed some help from a fellow boardie as my LCS does not carry the series.

Now I have to wait seven to ten days for the shipment to get to me in Canada. The suspense is killing me as there seems to be consensus that this is a great series both in terms of art and story. I really hope that the publisher senses the demand and takes steps to get either TPB's or reprints out so that they can reach a broader audience.
