Too stressful worrying about books in 9.8 condition.

I'm not sure.
The print run according to Comichron is microscopic, but that might not be accurate.
If it is true, then you have to use the philosophy, kids (soon to be young adults) can't collect what they don't know exists too.
I give away all my extra raws to my friend's kids. They LOVE them.
All in all, buy them all for your daughter, to read and enjoy, let her worry about finding them graded in 9.8 down the road.

They're going to find their parents...?
(ok, I shouldn't be as excited about this as I am)
They're in the New World? That maple leaf was prominently featured.
Yeah, this is definitely not what I was expecting, considering "Frozen Fever" and "Olaf's Christmas Cash-Grab."

Do you guys think the first frozen comic will heat up when this movie drops?
Probably not. I always just collect what I like.
I'm a big Hitchcock fan, so I see Elsa as Janet Leigh's Marion Crane on the run and her little sis, Vera Miles trying to find her before she gets in more trouble.

Big snow day tomorrow, so I might watch this one.

I really enjoyed "Resolution."
I hadn't watched any behind-the-scenes stuff and was surprised about the "monster" reveal.
But, I did wonder right off why the Doctor didn't scan Lin with the sonic.

Holy!!!
Time to show off some of my newest books!!!

But, it was a Leela episode.
She stole every episode.
Even "The Horror of Fang Rock" where every supporting actor had a 100% mortality rate.

I was watching this one again last night. A great episode!

Has anybody watched the animated "Infinite Quest?" I bought it a couple days ago on eBay. Looked like a maybe.

That's the worst bout of innuendo I've ever seen in a Dr Who thread.
The youngest thinks it looks like the thing that Seth Rogan put up his butt in "The Interview."

I work at the wrong place.
I have a toy 11th Doctor sonic and everyone thinks it's a lightsaber.

I’ve only just been able to watch Legends of Tomorrow on Pick / Freeview, and it was interesting to see Arthur Darvill cast as Rip Hunter.

They hired the wrong woman to be the new Doctor - Michelle Gomez would have been fantastic in the part.
They still could eventually hire her.

It's alright New E G, it's not a crime.
But only because I don't personally run the Police Force over here.
Yet.
Christmas Special you mean? They did have a NY one. And it was most unsatisfactory, with only a passing resemblance to the Whoniverse. Did I just say 'Whoniverse'? I do apologise.
Last week, I watched Capaldi's 'Return of Doctor Mysterio' on a DVD which, coincidentally, I got for Christmas. That reminded me very much of the programme 'Doctor Who'. Have you heard of it? It had a cracking --script, a warm premise and a cracking Doctor on top form.
I'm currently reading Tom Bakers 'Scratchman' novel. It's remarkable how he has captured the spirit of his early tenure on the show. Very entertaining in a nostalgic kind of way, which I often find to be one of the best ways available for one to take. You know, the show really ought to be left in the hands of the professionals. Or at the very least the wide eyed amateurs, with heart.
Yup. I saw 'Return of Doctor Mysterio" and really enjoyed it.

I think he meant Bill Potts as we were talking Capaldi time. Clara was my favourite, clever and witty. The sort of companion you could watch handle an episode on their own. Then Rose and Amy. Bill didn't seem to make a mark. All over too quick to leave a lasting impression. Donna was annoying. Martha was forgettable. Rory was Amy's companion really. Along for the ride.
As for the new lot, the 'fam', here's my ratings out of 10:
- Graham - 2
- Yaz - 3
- Ryan - 0
- Ryan's Dad - minus 2
- Fat nan - minus three billion
Don't strike me down, but I really enjoyed Series 11.
But, I could see where some could get annoyed, here and there.
Graham - 7 out of 10, Yaz - 8, Ryan - 3, Ryan's nan - 0.0
I was stunned the series didn't have the New Years Special though.

Yes, yes, good God no.
On the low end of the companion scale of Mel & Ace, Pearl Mackie easily triumphs. Bottom of the barrel being Adric.

I didn't really watch any episodes with Billie though, were those any good?
Her companion, Rose character is considered a "fan-favorite."
But, personally I liked Jenna Coleman, Karen Gillian and Pearl Mackie better. my

James Wan is about to make a lot of money for his next films
That or Jason Momoa is going to do a dozen direct-to-DVD cop films in Bosnia for international buyers.
Sadly, his only "hit" will be a loose-remake of the Abe Vigoda spinoff to TV's "Barney Miller."

why not just watch it and make up your mind yourself. If the movie or the topic interests you. I see plenty of movies without caring what the reviews say or even reading the reviews. Name any movie (or almost any movie) and I can find you a review that thinks it's amazing and one review that thinks it's the worst thing on earth.
Agreed! But, this isn't some "Venom" movie where you have zero expectations for.
There's just a little more prestige with this one, especially with the first two installments.
But, I remember the critics (that I read) were ho-hum with "Unbreakable" back in the day too.

Hell yea. Love it. Makes me happy that this will be DC's first $1B movie
I heard some bloke called Christopher Nolan, was going to try to make some Batman movies to hit that goal first (DISCLAIMER, so joke isn't spun back against me: in unadjusted USD dollars.)

Sorry to this thread,
...but, I've been home with the flu and watched the first couple of episodes of "Castle Rock."
It's quite good.
Was there a thread on here about it? I've searched here and there, but found nothing.
Many thanks!
