  2. The blank bar codes were in the Whitman 3 packs, but what makes you think they were ONLY in the Whitman 3 packs? They may have been dual purpose.
  3. How do you know which were Whitmans and which were direct editions? The Whitmans I know go back to ASM #165. I have a 3 pack of whitman's still in the bag with #186, #187 and #188.

  5. It doesn't matter what the seller charges. There could be a 'buyers premium' or 'insurance' or 'restocking fee' or a little added to the ask for the PP. As a buyer I have a price. The seller can divvy it up for any fee they want to charge. I won't give a nickel more to Heritage or CL or eBay or any other venue. The price I value the book at is the is the same no matter how it is tallied.
