There's another Tec 35 coming up on the Clink ebetter auction. The 5.5 EP selling only at 4927 may hurt this one, and further more this one having slightly brittle PQ (while the other had OW/W) may hurt it as well. But we can all agree no matter what it won't go "cheap" Oh boy and the staples have been replaced as well.

that is one of the coolest things i have seen on the boards! :o That is one of the best pictures in a while. Just look at those issues.... I totally agree! As a collector of early comics, it's just amazing to see a picture of those books on the newstand! I think this is one of the few photos I've seen with Centaurs! Pulps were still the big brother to comics on the newstand, but not much longer! Comics are from Feb/march 1939. Operator 5 pulp is March/April 1939 Darn! Wow! Tec 24 , Action 9, etc. Thats way cool.

That and the fact that NA 26 is one of the most highly sought after covers by Flessel. one of MY biggest regrets was selling the NA26 8.0SP copy (2 twice ) so i HAD to win this! :banana: Aha! Glad it went to a boardie So is this really THE toughest DC book? nope. but it doesn't come up for sale too often (thumbs u That's quite the book, congrats swapto! Unreal that there is only a mere two universal copies graded.

Picked it up from a boardie, As for what's next I dunno, will probably be awhile, would like to get a 29, but that will need to wait until next year. Still need 28,29,34 for my run, but am currently spent dry. Yep, I bought the Tec 35 off of ebay around 2004-2005. Rick bought the book from me as I upgraded to my now current 4.0. Then Rick sold it to someone and that someone sold it to you I guess Interesting stuff, I picked it up from senbi575, he may have gotten it from Gator, not sure.

Anyone following the Bat 227 9.4 on Clink? Am I missing something (and keep in mind I'm a BA noob) but why is it already at $1,400? I believe the last GPA for a 9.4 which was recent was only in the $800s? Is the Rocky Mountain Ped such a treasured thing?

A BIG congrats Alex! Well done! Thank you!! Nice to finally have a 31 back in the collection, it's felt "off" since I sold my 2.5 back in January (to fund for this 5.0) Well worth the wait. Ever since you joined the thread with a TEC31 avatar, I fell in love with TEC31 "One of the coolest BAT cover ever.". So very true!! Tec 31 (after Tec 27) I'd say is my favorite book in the hobby.
