  1. I submitted my book for reholdering (Submission #4416868) and anticipated the $25 credit that you applied to my account to be credited toward my fee as you indicated. I received an email today that shows the entire $45 fee was billed to my credit card. I had even included a letter with my submission that stated that if the $25 credit wasn't available, to contact me before processing my order, which was apparently ignored. Can you please intervene ASAP to make sure the $25 is removed from my invoice or credited to my card. See attached photo. The reholdering was required due to a Mechanical error which should have been easily seen during inspection. Thank you.
  2. Thank you. I think you just described an opportunity to improve your online form. Have a great day !!!
  3. How do I use a credit that was applied to my account? MattM CS replied today to my previous inquiry and told me that he applied a $25 credit to my account. I attempted to create a submission, but at checkout, no $25 credit was available to apply to the cost. Do I need to wait a day? Or should the credit be immediately available?
  4. When I submitted books for grading, submission # 4325745, CGC was out of shipping supplies. I was told the shipping supplies can be provided for my next order. How do I now obtain those shipping supplies? Can they be obtained for a re-holder request?
  5. My book has a long, dark hair inside the case. It's visible on the front side over the cover and casts a shadow on the book. The CGC Cert number is 4395222018 It detracts from the appeal of the book and is visible in the cover photo on the Verify CGC Certification page. The hair is visible in the Cert photo about halfway down the spine and just above the small X. It loops around to the left, exits the holder then re-enters the holder and continues all the way down the book to the seal at the bottom of the holder. Overall length is 8-10 inches. This book should never have passed the quality control checks. The value of this book is diminished due to the "Hairy" problem. Can I send this back for a re-holder at no Fee? Please advise.
