When I submitted books for grading, submission # 4325745, CGC was out of shipping supplies. I was told the shipping supplies can be provided for my next order. How do I now obtain those shipping supplies? Can they be obtained for a re-holder request?

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, these kits have been out of stock due to supply chain issues since last year. Because of this, in lieu of a shipping kit, I have added a $25 credit to your account to be applied to your next submission through CGC. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
