Long, dark hair inside sealed case. Poor eye appeal. 1 1

My book has a long, dark hair inside the case. It's visible on the front side over the cover and casts a shadow on the book. The CGC Cert number is 4395222018  It detracts from the appeal of the book and is visible in the cover photo on the Verify CGC Certification page. The hair is visible in the Cert photo about halfway down the spine and just above the small X. It loops around to the left, exits the holder then re-enters the holder and continues all the way down the book to the seal at the bottom of the holder. Overall length is 8-10 inches. This book should never have passed the quality control checks. 

The value of this book is diminished due to the "Hairy" problem.

Can I send this back for a re-holder at no Fee?
