Jeff just snagged some more of my slabbed books... and the transaction, as always with Jeff... went as smooth as a baby's eyelid. He's a great fellow and a great customer... dang it I love the guy ! My advice is keep him happy and sit back and count the money he throws at you Many thanks sir !

Well, for one thing, 30 days has apparently not elapsed but according to Joey only 10 days. We are supposed to allow 30 days for the two of them to come to an agreement or for restitution to occur. This leaves 20 days for the two of them to work something out. We let this in we may as well drop the 30 days and just start adding people the day after a problem occurs. My apologies - I just assumed, and since the sales thread had been deleted I had no idea when this took place. How is the thirty day rule even applicable when his violation is intentionally altering scans so he can sell a product that is expressly forbidden to be sold on the CGC message boards? Looks a little bit like democracy

The 30 day rule is not a statute of limitations. It is the amount of time that has to go by for a bad transaction to be made good before the PL process begins. Why was it mentioned none of this mattered since 30 days had expired? My apologies Joey... I was under the understanding that you had this book for longer than 30 days. After so many pages, it gets mind-numbing to read. According to PL rules...if you feel shafted, you have to contact him and ask him to make it right. If he doesn't honor your request with a refund after 30 days, you can bring it here to the PD board. That was the way I believed the rule worked. If you keep the book, you accept what it is, was and was ever going to be. If Trey offered you a refund, then take it. You said you were going to keep the book, but if you feel strongly enough about the situation, then return it.

If nobody had purchased the book Trey would still be in the wrong for selling or attempting to sell PGX books. But someone did buy the book. and would have accepted it and not revealed it. That is not an "if" scenario but what actually happened. If this is all supposed to be in support of the community, how would Joey's taking the book and deslabbing it for his collection support the community? It was all a masterful plot to discredit Trey Cannon. You sleuthed him out. He would've gotten away with it if it hadn't been for you meddling kids. Oh, and the next time Trey has a sales thread, load your buggy up. Throw your support and the support of the community behind him. (thumbs u So you consider my proposal that what he did is not PL worthy but instead is HOS worthy to be throwing support to him? How do you figure that? In this case it really shouldn't matter. I don't know Trey or Joey at all but since this transaction was completed to the satisfaction of both parties involved WITHIN THE TIME FRAME SPECIFIED, there really isn't any justification THIS TIME to put either man on any list or put either of their futures here to any vote concerning HOS. Let's not take this too far off point there, 8milemax. These two have been going after each other with little mouse daggers for quite some time now, prodding one another playfully. And when Rupp had his second sales thread and folks were still stating they were all PGX books (and looked just like the Iron Man books), I asked him via PM for scans, which he provided. Every book was a CGC slab. Yea, the books from the trolling me thread that the mods deleted. Those were cgc, the iron mans werent proven anything. I also find it funny how close bios answer was to trey when confronted with simple questions. I find it funny that within 60 or 70 seconds of my post... you post after me! I wish I knew why him and Green are mortal enemies cause they are both super awesome. They should combine forces instead of beefing. I've tried to be pals with him Kev. After his refusal to put up a sign last year, our relationship has snowballed... but mainly due to him. I've asked him repeatedly to join in the sheetnanigans of Clooneython and pull the hatchet handle out of his troll-butt so we can bury it... but he refuses. Even after I banned him from my sales threads after his constant gnat-like annoyance, I still gave him a way back in at the beginning of my last thread. He continues to follow me around the boards after being called out by Boscoe and a few others about it. Green is the true definition of a TROLL. I'm just tired of it. If the boy would put half as much time into his sales threads that he puts into following me around, then he might make some friends and sell some stuff.

Hi Frank. Hate to hear this about Tyson. Doesn't seem like him tho... he snagged over $600 worth of XMen slabs off me over the late summer and paid up immediatly. I hope everything is ok with him... but I sympathize with you sir. 30 days is 30 days and I know you have bills to pay too. Hopefully Tyson will get back on here and square things up with you asap. I bought the 2nd copy of True Life Stories from Greg and I know it has to be in better shape than the one Scrooge got
