Amazing book! Big time congrats!

I can't say that I regretted it, but it seems whenever I sell big keys to get another -

the keys that sell just blow up...

 

Why I can't regret it is because I got the books I really wanted and on the sell of keys I did at least break even or pay it forward to good people.

This is true! Deals with good friends makes moving books easier and at some point you can usually get them back.

I've let go of a bunch of books I wish I hadn't but at the time I got some great books in return. The one thing I've learned over the years, especially after losing half my books to a hurricane, you can always get them back. You may have to pay a little more than you did originally but they're out there.

Space War 1-34 complete at last.

This has been a long time coming.

I bought issue #34 off the shelf in 1979 and just got the last 2 I needed from Zzutak.

I had prevously told him that I was missing a couple of issues and that they never turn up here in the UK, he saw them and grabbed them for me off ebay US, I mean, how great is that.

That is one sharp looking book!

So I'm at C2E2 at Bob Storms (HIGHGRADE COMICS)booth Friday staring at a gorgeous TEC 66 7.5 and wondering if I could pull it off. In the meantime I searched the whole room for a 168 the book I really want. Saw none. Decided to take Friday night to think about the TEC 66. I come back Friday morning, and all of sudden this is on display at Storm's booth. I could not believe it, I called Bob right away, and bought it in 2 minutes flat. Needless to say very happy to finally have this in the collection. Thanks Bob for a very easy transaction

If money is completely off the table these are my faves. Other than Action 1 and Superman 1 being the keys they are they don't do a thing for me. If I had all the money in the world there are still others not on my list I'd go after before those two unless the price was too good to pass up.
